Weather permitting i fully expect Ben Paulings 6yo to continue the fine run of chasers in the yard in the Grade 2 Towton Novices Chase now at Ffos Las.
I think the drop back in trip will not be a problem unlike Saint Davy who reopposes having beaten by Handstands at Ascot on their last outing.
Although the Jonjo O’Neil yard is in terrific form my view of the horse is that it needs 3m + to be at his best. That leaves the only other danger at the weights Cherie D’Am who I thought stole the race at Warwick and will also be better over 3m.
Cherie D’Am and Range will set a good pace and will set the race up for Handstands to take control up the home straight.
I have taken the 9/4 available with W Hills and Bet 365 . Whilst Sky are offering 7/4 but a refund up to a ten pounds if your selection comes second.
2pt win Bet Handstands 1.15 Ffos Las
