The Kubler team are very reliable and there are distinct signs their season is about to hit top gear.
Grecian Legacy was a good winner for them at Goodwood on Friday ridden by Jim Crowley and he is jocked up on the yards Abbey Heights in the 8.00 at Kempton.
Although now seven he has had just 11 runs winning 3 and last time out over this course and distance he was well backed but pulled too hard and hit a flat spot before staying on again into 3rd. It was a run that suggested he would have benefitted from the outing and improvement can be expected.
Connections have been very patient with the horse but that can be rewarded as everything about this race including the pace set up, draw and largely out of form and or unreliable opposition has created a perfect winning opportunity.
The icing on the cake is the booking of Jim Crowley who is 3 from 9 on the AW for the yard. This looks a straight forward task
Diary of a Season Recommended 2pt win 13/8 Abbey Heights 8.00 Kempton
